1 Overview

The TEC technology is based on the “Peltier effect ”of the semiconductor. When TEC chip ends connect DC,one End refrigeration, the other end is heating ,the temperature difference between the two ends can be as high as 68°C

3 .product features

1.TEC air conditioning should be able to automatically save the current running state and has the power self-start function.

2.Control functions: air conditioner running automatic control completely based on the internal temperature of the cabinet, Controller through internal cycle Ring temperature sensor Testing machine cabinet return air temperature,And set point comparing judgment ,to control internal and external fan or TEC module work.

3.1 Refrigeration

The cooling open point = cooling stop point + cooling sensitivity , when cabinet internal temperature exceeds cooling open point, start cooling operation.when the inside temperature lower than the cooling stop point, cooling operation stops.

3.2. Heating

Heating stop point = heating open point + heating sensitivity, when cabinet internal temperature higher than heating open points, begin heating .when cabinet internal temperature higher than heating stop point ,heating operation stop.

3.3 Self-Test

The air conditioner self-test is for field detection use. Self-test procedures are as follows: LED light self-test two seconds, to check whether display normal.Internal and external fan and TEC module get through power to operate 20 second,Inside fan, outside fan and TEC module stop running 8 seconds
